Tony is a Master Executive Coach, working globally with leaders in transition to develop their leadership skills and enhance business performance. He is one of only 3% of certified coaches worldwide who have been examined and accredited by the International Coach Federation (the global independent professional body for coaching) as Master Certified Coach (MCC).
A naturalised Singapore citizen of British origin, his background includes 30 years in Leadership and Sales positions in Europe, Scandinavia and Asia-Pacific in Technology and Software companies. He scores highly for logical analysis, which delivers considerable benefit for technically oriented clients working on organisational change.
As a professional coach, Tony leverages his extensive experience to challenge senior leaders and their teams to achieve astonishing results. His approach to coaching has an emphasis on results and incorporates a deep understanding of the individual’s personal context and who they are being as a leader. He has strong intuition and a powerful ability to help clients identify and remove self-limiting beliefs that may be holding them back.
A firm believer in the benefit of a coaching approach to leadership in all levels of organisations, Tony is a constant thought leader and innovator of learning approaches. He writes frequently for the press and industry magazines, is a frequent guest expert on radio and keynote speaker at HRD and Leadership conferences.

Specialisation - Transitions
Since ’84 I have worked on the applications of coaching as a leadership skill in the workplace. My coaching specialisation is coaching successful leaders through transition to higher levels, of role or success for themselves, their teams and their organisation.
I provide one to one coaching for senior executives and group coaching (Alignment of Purpose® rapid organisational change) for leadership teams.
My approach to coaching has an emphasis on results and incorporates a deep understanding of the individual’s personal context and who they are as a leader. I have strong intuition and a powerful ability to help clients identify and remove selflimiting beliefs that may be holding them back. Clients described me as “gentle yet very firm”.

Assessment Tools
Tony has experience coaching from a wide range of feedback and assessment instruments. His belief is that clients should select the tools that are right for the situation or aligned to their corporate policy, and that in line with the ICF definition of mastery being “in the moment and creating awareness” the coach should be independent of specific tools and approaches. Therefore he does not maintain any commercial relationship with specific assessment tool providers but works with the client's preference.
