Pamela is an Executive Leadership Coach and expert Trainer/Facilitator since 1998. She accomplished Master Level Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation in 2009.

She is the Owner and Founder of Choice to Change Alliance. She is responsible for challenging and developing senior leaders and officials through individual coaching, leadership training, team coaching, and developing team synergy.

Pamlea has twenty-five plus years of diverse experience coaching and training executives and teams, families and couples toward their full potential. Her diverse client base includes private industries such as telecommunications and health care plus the US Federal sector and state school boards.

From 2002 to 2008, Ramadei served as Executive Coach and Instructor within the Federal Agency in GSA’s Advanced Leadership Development Program for aspiring individuals, many who are now serving at the Senior Executive Sservice and GS 15 levels.

Facilitation and training includes: Emotional Intelligence, presentation, and communication skills, effective decision-making, building coalitions through accountability and conflict resolution.

She also serves on the faculty of Adler International Learning providing ICF accredited coach training and supervision for new coaches internationally.

Pamela is recognized as a calm yet powerful and innovative coach, trainer and facilitator.

Pamela is based in Colorado and travels internationally teaching and providing coaching, most frequently to Istanbul.
