This question drives my work as an executive coach, conversation conductor and leader. Encouraging and challenging others to be the very best they can be is both my talent and my lifework. Throughout my career, I have championed my clients as they find their voice and remove barriers that limit success.

I have been coaching in one form or another for most of my 30-year career in organizational learning and leadership development: as an executive coach for senior leaders, a mentor for managers in training, or as a volunteer coach with a not-for-profit organization.

I find it deeply meaningful to lead individuals and groups in transformational conversations – in which people feel safe to be vulnerable, look head-on at their current reality, and own their piece of the solution.

I offer one-on-one coaching, mentor coaching for ongoing ICF credentialing, group facilitation, change management, and assessments such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, PPA DISC, and Insights Discovery.
