“Liz is an exceptional coach and inspiring human being. As I launched my coaching and consulting practice, Liz was instrumental in expanding my capabilities to connect with clients through her sensory awareness training program. My clients experienced deeper shifts in their self-awareness and I learned to deepen and strengthen my connection to self-regulation in support of my client's growth. I am a passionate believer in neuroscience-based strategies to become the best version of ourselves.”

“Liz is energetic, knowledgeable, and fun. She cares for people and helps provide insight into how you can recognize and use your many sensory systems to help manage yourself and your life. I will continue to use this information in the classes that I teach and in my life in general. The insight into various sensory systems has allowed me to utilize my sensory strengths and focus on improving the use of sensory systems that I tend to overlook. “
