A recent expression of thanks: “I am not afforded many opportunities to discuss my goals and related hurdles. Having conversations with Libby created an opportunity for me to talk some things through. The sessions did also provide a sort of "therapy" where I not only could hear myself talking but also forced me to stop and consider my goals. Typically, I am so focused on getting things done and/or ensuring others on my team are properly supported and getting their things done that I leave little time for considering goals and progress. Libby helped me understand some things that might be getting in my way and establishing more concrete steps to move forward.” -- John, Treasurer In addition, Libby offers pro bono leadership coaching to several non-profit organizations, including Halcyon House, an incubator for social entrepreneurs, and Vital Voices for women entrepreneurs. She has volunteered with Court Appointed Special Advocates in Washington, D.C., supporting young adults as they emerge from the foster care system.
