Ellen Fulton’s mission is to elevate the conversations people are having in the world to support an increased consciousness for coaches, leaders, and organizations. She challenges clients to do their own inner work with the understanding that an individual’s success is directly proportional to their self-awareness. Ellen supports her clients to build a more robust perspective and equips them to take actions to maximize their strategic goals. Whether you are a coach or a leader, aligning strengths, clarifying values, uncovering blind spots, exploring how your biases inform your attention, and building the embodiment of effective communications are all key underlining themes that often prevail in coaching for visionary results.

As a Master Certified executive leadership coach, Ellen has extensive experience working with leaders in government, corporations, small businesses, non-profits, and universities across five continents. She has worked with thousands of individuals and teams at all levels of leadership to include C-Suite, SES, VP, mid-level managers, and individual contributors.

Fueled by her extensive coaching experience, Ellen is a passionate leader within the coaching field working to build and enhance the skills of coaches globally. Her newest program, Conversations2Mastery, supports Professional Coaches working to become Master Certified Coaches.

As Associate Faculty at George Mason University’s Center for the Advancement of Well-Being, she has stepped up to create and lead a number of outstanding educational opportunities in leadership development and coach education. She served as Co-Director for the Advanced Coaching Program in Leadership and Well-Being and the Director of the Mason Institute for Leadership Excellence. Currently, Ellen is thrilled to be serving as the MCC Director of Training for George Mason’s professional certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being. This is an International Coach Federation accredited coach training program (ACTP).

Educated as a coach at Georgetown University, and supported by her two degrees in counseling, Ellen received her Master Coaching Certification through the International Coach Federation. She lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is an avid boater and scuba diver with her Master Diver Certification. A fun future endeavor she dreams about is to combine her passions for coaching and diving in a program called “Beyond the Sea Suite: An Executive Deep Dive”.
