ICF Master Coach Christine Martin has over 10,000 coaching hours that include C-Suite leaders, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs.  In the 1990’s she consulted with start-ups in Southern California and throughout the USA writing major business plans. As a coach she prepared the start-up team for the rigors of securing venture capital.

Entrepreneurial success is enhanced by a comprehensive, experienced look at all aspects of the process. Christine has lived the entrepreneurial adventure herself.

For seven years Christine coached Senior Executives, Chiefs, and high visibility Project Managers as a contractor for NASA.  Other organizations and private clients were from United States Air Force, Informatica Corporation, TechnoConcepts, Inc., TransQuest Technologies, Inc., Cardkey International, 4-D Systems, Inc., Renoir Corporation, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Pfizer, Lucent, and IBM.

Christine has given back to her profession since day one: ICF Ethics Committee, ICF Board of Directors (Vice President 2 years), Chair ICF Credentialing Committee, Member of ICF Credentialing Team 2003 to present day.

Three times in her life, Christine was asked to step up onto the world stage. With deep involvement in the sport of competitive swimming, she took on challenging leadership roles for the Olympic Games swimming events in Los Angeles (1984) and Atlanta (1996). In 2004 she designed and directed the overall competition aspect of the highly successful USA Olympic Swimming Trials in Long Beach, California.

For over a decade, Christine taught core courses for California Lutheran University’s robust MBA program. From 2005 through 2009 she taught virtual classes in executive coaching for the University of Texas at Dallas Jindal School of Management. Christine, fluent in English and French, immigrated to Canada in 2010 and back to California this year where she now resides.
