Lucy Shenouda MCC

LUCY SHENOUDA MCC, ACTC, ESIA

Lucy is internationally experienced, an ICF Master Certified Coach, a Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching, with Accreditation in Coaching Supervision. She coaches teams and leaders to navigate the unknown and move through the milestones of change with greater clarity, focus and confidence. She partners with clients to see themselves in a new way, challenge assumptions, and catalyze the shifts that are most important. Lucy coaches to the real challenges not often voiced and are essential for progress.

PHILOSOPHY
Lucy believes that, more often than not, life is simpler than we make it out to be. Emergent from this belief is a working philosophy and mission: “Fostering essential conversations that disrupt workplace complacency. Getting to the  heart of what really matters.”
Where there is conflict, space is cultivated for voices to be heard, for creativity, resourcefulness, and innovation to emerge naturally and systemically. Where there is misalignment, emphasis is placed on listening and receiving to surface observations and fresh perspectives, while cultivating a multiple stakeholder approach connected with shared purpose. Where there is chaos, slowing down the frenzy to connect what’s most important for focus and progress to emerge.

EXPERIENCE
As a corporate professional, Lucy held leadership roles in marketing and strategic planning. With Fortune and Global 500 organizations in Canada and MENA region, she partnered with brand ambassadors across three continents bringing forward learning integration of stellar brand and people experiences. Lucy has provided professional coaching with public and private sector organizations with leaders, leaders of leaders, and teams for over thirteen years.

APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY
Lucy applies a strengths-based and science-backed approach to leadership and team development. Engagements begin with an inquiry to identify specific gaps impeding progress and to road map desired outcomes.  With strategic questions, Lucy sheds light on unexamined blind spots and integrates a leader and team development plan.
Lucy approaches coaching conversations with a signature style – Bold with Grace. She fosters the conditions for real conversations - collaborative dialogues that empower high potential leaders and teams to advance their most  important goals, outcomes, and values. She brings a systemic lens to cultivate collective leadership, courageous authenticity, creativity, and resilience.
Coaching conversations inspire a conscious mindset shift from being reactive, to being receptive, responsive and change capable.
